On June 1, Burning Music TV conducted an interview with guitarist Bill Kelliher of Atlanta progressive metallers MASTODON at the Rock Im Park festival at Zeppelinfeld in Nürnberg, Germany. You can now watch the chat above.

MASTODON is touring in support of its latest album “The Hunter“, which was released by Reprise Records in September. The band’s latest trek kicked off on April 4 in Portland, Maine, and visited more than 30 cities in the U.S. and Canada before wrapping up with a hometown show at Atlanta’s Masquerade Music Park on May 12. These shows featured Swedish metal band OPETH as co-headliners, with special guest GHOST providing support on all dates.

MASTODON in April released a split seven-inch single with Canadian singer-songwriter Feist to celebrate Record Store Day. This very exclusive pressing features MASTODON covering the Feist song “A Commotion”, while Feist covers MASTODON’s “Black Tongue“.
