KILMARA To Record New Material With ROLAND GRAPOW
KILMARA have announced that they will enter Roland Grapow’s (MASTERPLAN, ex-HELLOWEEN) studio in Slovakia on September, 25th to record their new album which will be titled Love Songs And Other Nightmares.
After looking into some alternatives with Rising Records to record the new CD the band decided for Roland.

New Video Interview With NIGE ROCKETT From ONSLAUGHT
WolfHunters TBFM recently conducted an interview with guitarist Nige Rockett of British thrash metal veterans ONSLAUGHT.
As previously reported, ONSLAUGHT has recorded a new version of its classic song “Metal Forces“, to be included as a bonus track on the upcoming re-release of the band’s 1986 album, “The Force“, due later in the year via AFM Records. There will also be revised artwork and some sleeve notes written by Rockett.

KATATONIA Members Discuss Making Of New Album
Video footage of vocalist Jonas Renkse and guitarist Per Eriksson of Swedish dark rockers KATATONIA discussing the making of their new album, “Dead End Kings“, can be seen above.
“Dead End Kings” was released on August 28 (one day earlier internationally) via Peaceville Records.
Containing some of KATATONIA‘s most poignant and ambitious material to date, the CD sees the quintet conjure yet another milestone in audial angst and melancholy with this much-anticipated follow-up to 2009’s inspired and acclaimed “Night Is The New Day“.

ZONARIA’s ‘Silent Holocaust’ Video Released
“Silent Holocaust“, the new video from Swedish death/black metallers ZONARIA, it’s now available. The clip was directed by Jakob Arevärn (MOBY, CARNAL FORGE, ADEPT, TRISTANIA, DRACONIA, DEAD BY APRIL) and was filmed 35 kilometers from the band’s hometown of Umeå.
Commented ZONARIA guitarist Emil Nyström: “We’ve been looking forward to working with Jakob for ages. He’s a really talented producer and director and we cant wait to show you the end result. It’s nuclear!”

BENEDICTUM Vocalist To Guest On New A SOUND OF THUNDER EP
Washington, D.C.-based heavy metallers A SOUND OF THUNDER are now offering their new EP, “Queen Of Hell“, exclusively through Kickstarter.com. The EP serves as a follow-up to the 2012 studio album, “Out Of The Darkness“, and teaser for the band’s next studio CD, “Time’s Arrow“, due in spring 2013.
“Queen Of Hell” was produced by Kevin “131” Gutierrez (SHINEDOWN, WHILE HEAVEN WEPT, DECEASED) at Assembly Line Studios in Virginia. A SOUND OF THUNDER guitarist Josh Schwartz states, “We had too much great material for our next album and weren’t willing to shelve it, so the EP was a no-brainer. It gives us a great reward to offer the fans who support our fundraising campaign for the next album, and reduces the wait time for new music from the band.”

New Audio Interview With WOLF HOFFMANN From ACCEPT
On August 29, Natalie of Natalie’s World conducted an interview with guitarist Wolf Hoffmann of reformed heavy metal legends ACCEPT.
KREATOR and ACCEPT will join forces for the North American “Teutonic Terror Attack” tour in September/October. Opening the trek through the U.S. and Canada will be Finland’s SWALLOW THE SUN.

Exumer With New Video Online
“Fire & Damnation“, a brand new video from German thrashers Exumer, is now available for viewing above.
This is the band’s first ever official video in their 27 year-long history and was entirely filmed and edited in São Paulo, Brazil, during Exumer‘s South American Damnation Tour in early 2012.
The song for this video is taken from the album of the same name, released in April via Metal Blade Records.

EKTOMORF’s ‘Unscarred’ Video Teaser Available
A teaser for “Unscarred“, the new video from Hungarian extreme metallers EKTOMORF, can be seen above.
The track, which is available for download at all digital retailers, comes off the band’s new album, “Black Flag“, to be released on August 31 via AFM Records. The cover was once again created by German illustrator and designer Tim Eckhorst, who previously did illustrations for the Wacken Open Air festival and various other bands.
