Mortillery Premiere New Video
Canadian thrashers Mortillery premiere a brand new official video “F.O.A.D.“, which can now be seen through the Youtube player above.
The song comes off the band’s latest new album Origins Of Extinction, released through Napalm Records on February 22nd, 2013.
The videoclip was produced, edited and directed by Doug Cook.

DEMON HUNTER Interviewed In Halifax
Louis-Paul Chiasson of MetalMouthMedia.com conducted an interview with Seattle-based Christian metallers DEMON HUNTER when they played in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada on March 2.
DEMON HUNTER‘s sixth album, “True Defiance“, was released on limited-edition vinyl on July 31, 2012 via Solid State Records.
Limited to a one-time pressing of 1,000 copies, the double LP, double gatefold package features stunning large-scale versions of DEMON HUNTER frontman and graphic artist Ryan Clark‘s beautiful artwork — making this a must-have for DEMON HUNTER fans and vinyl collectors.

Sodom With Trailer For New Album Released
Thrash tank Sodom is serving up a new dose of metal next month and has released a trailer which sets the tone for the new album. You can hear the first sounds off Epitome Of Torture on the video located below while you prepare to be Sodom-ized.
You can also expect soon a new video for the single “Stigmatized” which was recently concluded by the band.

A trailer for “Retracing Memories“, the new video from Austrian metallers THE SORROW, can be seen above. The full clip will make its online debut on April 7 on Impericon.com.
” Retracing Memories ” comes off THE SORROW‘s fourth album, “Misery Escape“, which entered the official chart in Austria at position No. 18. Released on October 26, 2012 in Europe and November 6, 2012 in North America via Napalm Records, the CD was produced and mixed by Sky Van Hoff and mastered by Jens Dreesen.

BEHEMOTH Checks In From The Studio
Polish extreme metallers BEHEMOTH entered Hertz studio in Bialystok, Poland at the end of February to begin recording their next album for a late 2013 release via Nuclear Blast in Europe and Metal Blade in North America.
A new video message from the studio can be seen above.
Speaking to Metal Storm last December, BEHEMOTH bassist Orion (real name: Tomasz Wróblewski) stated about the band’s plans for the new CD: “We have scheduled the studio for the end of February. If everything goes as planned, the album will be done in the summer and we plan on releasing it in the fall of 2013.”

BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME Rig Rundown
On February 12, Premier Guitar ‘s Rebecca Dirks was on location in Des Moines, Iowa where she caught up with guitarists Dustie Waring and Paul Waggoner of progressive rock/cutting-edge metal innovators BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME.
Waring and Waggoner walked Dirks through their rigs, which include PRS guitars, Fractal Audio Axe-Fx units, Mesa/Boogie power amps, and a few effects pedals from Port City and Wampler.
BETWEEN THE BURIED AND ME‘s new album, “The Parallax II: Future Sequence“, sold 17,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to land at position No. 22 on The Billboard 200 chart.
Released on October 9 via Metal Blade Records, the CD, which clocks in at approximately 72 minutes, features artwork from Charlotte, North Carolina artist and designer Chandler Owen (UNDEROATH, SHAI HULUD, HOPESFALL).

Six Feet Under US Tour Dates Announced
Six Feet Under, having just released their latest new album, Unborn, will return to the road for the Hell In July US Tour.
Joining them on this campaign will be none other than Decrepit Birth and Cannabis Corpse. Hell begins on July 10th in Houston, TX, after which the bands will head west and loop around the US for the final date in Atlanta, GA on July 27th. The complete tour consists of 17 dates.

DEF LEPPARD With Video Footage Of Second Las Vegas Residency Performance
DEF LEPPARD kicked off its eleven-show residency this past Friday night (March 22) at The Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel And Casino in Las Vegas.
Produced exclusively by AEG Live, the shows are seeing the band play their 1987 album, “Hysteria“, in its entirety as well as a selection of their greatest hits, highlighting classic material from throughout their career. Viva Hysteria! features an elaborate set design created only for DEF LEPPARD‘s Las Vegas residency.
Fan-filmed video footage of the band’s second performance — which took place on Saturday, March 23 — can be seen above.
