Stryper Release Lyric Video
The official lyric video for the song “Revelation” from heavy metallers Stryper has made its debut online which means you can finally listen to the first full song off the band’s new album No More Hell To Pay, to be released on November 1st in Europe and November 5th in North America via Frontiers Records.

ANTHRAX Singer Interviewed By EQPTV
Elliot Paisley of EQPTV conducted an interview with ANTHRAX singer Joey Belladonna on August 11 at the Bloodstock Open Air festival at Catton Hall, Walton-On-Trent, West Midlands, United Kingdom.
Guitarist Jon Donais (SHADOWS FALL) has been touring with ANTHRAX since Rob Caggiano‘s departure in January and will continue to play with ANTHRAX for the foreseeable future.

First instrumental song from The Commander-In-Chief is out
7string guitarist/singer/songwriter The Commander-In-Chief has released a video of herself playing her first instrumental song. The song had the working title “the tapping song“. It is the first in a series of instrumental songs from her and she has named it “nr. 1“.
She will shoot her next concept video next week, for her next official single, recorded at Monnow Valley Studios in Wales earlier this month.

FUCK OFF “Smile As You Kill” coming out soon
Spanish most legendary and pioneer Thrash Metal band FUCK OFF is about to unleash their long awaited comeback album!! Just one year after their 1988 debut album “Another Sacrifice” was re-issued, the band, reformed in 2010, will see their 3rd full length “Smile As You Kill” released in September through Xtreem Music.
“Smile As You Kill” will contain 7 new songs, a re-recording of 87’s “People in War” from their very first 7″EP and a cover of RAINBOW‘s “Long Live Rock & Roll” which was intented for a DIO tribute album with spanish bands that was supposed to come out in early 2011.
All this stuff has been written & recorded during the last 2-3 years with different members but with original member Pep Casas (guitars) and new vocalist Albert as main basis of the album. However, one of the songs (“Gardens of Stone“) was entirely recorded by original vocalist Joe.
Reverence have announced their first U.S./European tour
Razar Ice Records recording artists Reverence have announced their first U.S./European tour in support of their latest album, “When Darkness Calls“.
Reverence will team up with Dio Disciples for the Middle of the Mitt Festival (at the Soaring Eagle Casino) on Sept 14th, where Reverence will be recording their show for a future live cd/dvd.
Mid-September Reverence will be Co-headlining a European tour with Vision Divine beginning on September 19th in Roeselare, Belgium. The tour is scheduled to conclude September 29th at the Audiodrome, Torino, Italy, with additional dates pending.

Dutch Singer-Songwriter Anneke van Giersbergen To Release Fifth Studio Album In The US October
This October 15th, Dutch singer-songwriter Anneke van Giersbergen will release her fifth studio album in the US. The first single from the as-yet-untitled LP is set to land on August 23, accompanied by a music video, and a European tour will commence in mid-October.
On this follow-up to 2012’s Everything is Changing, Anneke collaborated with Dutch songwriter and producer Arno Krabman, enlisting the help of her live band to lay down the new tracks. In a time when bands are creating entire albums by transferring files online, Anneke explains that she was keen to do things the old-fashioned way.
Having proven her credentials and immense vocal talent for 13 years as front woman of The Gathering, in 2007 Anneke felt it was time to begin her own solo career. Along with her new band Agua de Annique the charismatic singer quickly established herself as a solo artist, releasing several albums to critical and popular acclaim.
