After previously unleashing the song “Chill My Bones” off of their new album Legions, thrash metal band Artillery unveiled today another brand new song, namely “Wardrum Heartbeat“.

João Gordo of Brazilian crossover legends RATOS DE PORÃO joined SEPULTURA on stage on October 25 at SESC Belenzinho in São Paulo, Brazil to perform the songs “Biotech Is Godzilla” and “Crucificados Pelo Sistema” (RATOS DE PORÃO cover).

SEPULTURA‘s new album, “The Mediator Between Head And Hands Must Be The Heart“, was released on October 25 via Nuclear Blast Records.
Although it was inspired by Fritz Lang‘s classic 1927 movie “Metropolis“, “The Mediator Between Head And Hands Must Be The Heart” is not a concept album or a soundtrack like its precedessors “Dante XXI” (based on “The Divine Comedy“) and “A-Lex” (based on “A Clockwork Orange“).

Original QUEENSRŸCHE vocalist Geoff Tate and his new version of the band performed at the Monsters Of Rock festival in São Paulo, Brazil on October 20th. The complete pro-shot show can be viewed above.
Geoff Tate‘s Queensrÿche will perform the band’s set list from their 1992 MTV Unplugged show with a special acoustic set on November 7th at Saint Rocke in Hermosa Beach, CA.

Aussies Thy Art Is Murder have just premiered their new video for the song “Purest Strain Of Hate“. This song is from their second album Hate, released via Nuclear Blast.

Brazilian melodic metallers ANGRA celebrated the 20th anniversary of the release of their 1993 debut album, “Angels Cry“, with a special concert on August 25 at HSBC Brasil in São Paulo, Brazil.
“Angels Cry 20th Anniversary Tour” will be released as a separate DVD and a double CD, containing over 20 tracks in total and extra behind-the-scenes footage captured during the latest tour.

On February 11, 2012, MASTODON took the stage at London, England’s O2 Academy in Brixton, capping off the Atlanta-based band’s world tour in support of their critically acclaimed album “The Hunter“.
This sold-out performance was MASTODON‘s first show at the legendary venue. It won’t be their last, as the London audience positively erupted from the opening chords until the final, frenzied encore.
