Myrath’s “Nobody’s Lives”

After previously releasing the superb music video for “Believer“, the Franco-Tunisian progressive metallers Myrath are now officially streaming another track off their newest album Legacy: “Nobody’s Lives” which is the fourth track off the 12-track album.

In contrast with “Believer“, “Nobody’s Lives” also features the Arabic language in the chorus. The lyric video was made by Myrath‘s label in the United States, Nightmare Records.

IRON MAIDEN’s Tulsa Concert

British heavy metal legends IRON MAIDEN played the second show of their “The Book Of Souls” world tour last night (Friday, February 26) at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Iamthemorning’s “Chalk & Coal”

Iamthemorning have released a new song. In case you aren’t familiar with this Russian duo, the proggers have released two albums so far and Lighthouse will be their next one.

Pianist Gleb Kolyadin and the charismatic singer Marjana Semkina self released their debut album in 2012 before signing to Kscope and releasing Belighted, their first record for the label in September 2014.

In 2015, they toured Europe with labels mates, Gazpacho. “Chalk & Coal” is available above to get you hyped for the album.

As with Belighted, the engineering and mixing on Lighthouse (out on 1st April via Kscope) is handled by Marcel van Limbeek and self produced by Gleb and Marjana.

The album also features guest musicians Gavin Harrison (Porcupine Tree, King Crimson) on drums, Colin Edwin (Porcupine Tree) on bass and additional vocals on the album’s title track by Mariusz Duda (Lunatic Soul, Riverside).

FROM ASHES TO NEW’s “Through It All”

The official live video for the song “Through It All” from Lancaster, Pennsylvania’s FROM ASHES TO NEW can be seen above.

The clip was filmed during the band’s arena tour with FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH, PAPA ROACH and IN THIS MOMENT.

Through It All” is taken from FROM ASHES TO NEW‘s debut album, “Day One“, which was released on February 26 via Better Noise Records.

FROM ASHES TO NEW will take part in the “We’re All In This Together” tour alongside HELLYEAH, ESCAPE THE FATE and NEW YEARS DAY beginning May 2 in Baltimore, Maryland.

Tickets are on sale now with a special incentive for rock fans: each ticket bought will come with a free eight-track tour sampler featuring unreleased and released tracks from each band on the bill.

FROM ASHES TO NEW will be handing over the exclusive song “Who’s Laughing Now“, not featured on “Day One“, and, of course, fan favorite “Through It All“.

FROM ASHES TO NEW will join ATREYU and DEVIL YOU KNOW for a round of performances in March.

In addition, the band will be a mainstay at nearly all of the upcoming rock festivals in the U.S., including Welcome To Rockville, Carolina Rebellion and Northern Invasion.

ILL NIÑO’s “15 Years Of Revolution” Tour

Latin metallers ILL NIÑO will embark on the “15 Years Of Revolution” tour in May. Each night, ILL NIÑO will perform its debut album, “Revolution, Revolución“, in its entirety, plus several fan favorites.

The trek will feature direct support from BOBAFLEX, plus additional support from TERROR UNIVERSAL, SHATTERED SUN, SAINT DIABLO and VOODOO TERROR TRIBE on select dates.

ILL NIÑO‘s latest album, “Till Death, La Familia“, was released in July 2014 via Victory Records.


The tour will hit a total of 45 North American cities before coming to a close on June 25 in Santa Ana, California.

Alkerdeel Live At Roadburn 2016 With Gnaw Their Tongues

Alkerdeel fans are in for a treat at Roadburn Festival 2016. They will perform their new album Lede in its entirety at Roadburn 2016 on April 15th.

If that wasn’t enough, the mighty Mories, the mastermind of Gnaw Their Tongues, will follow-up his live debut of last year with a special appearance joining Alkerdeel for a gloriously decadent finale, subjecting the audience to Lede‘s last song, “Shirr“, and also “Dyodyo Asema” from their 2014 Dyodyo Asema collaboration.

RAGE’s “The Devil Strikes Again” In June

German metallers RAGE will release their brand new studio album called “The Devil Strikes Again” on June 10 via Nuclear Blast.

The CD was recorded in September/October 2015 at Megafon Studios (Burscheid, Germany) and at Soundchaser Studios (Zandhoven, Belgium).

The production was handled by Marcos Rodriguez and Peavy Wagner, while Dan Swanö took care of the mixing and mastering at Unisound Studios (Grefrath, Germany).

The cover artwork was created by Karim König.


The Devil Strikes Again” will be made available as a 3CD digipack (limited to 1,000 copies; Nuclear Blast mailorder exclusive), 2CD digipack, and 2LP (black, white).

All editions contain six bonus tracks (including three cover versions: “Bravado” by RUSH, “Slave To The Grind” by SKID ROW and “Open Fireby Y&T).

The 3CD digipack also features a bonus live CD from the latest European tour with HELLOWEEN.

Everything In Slow Motion led by Shane Ochsner is about to release a new EP in April called Laid Low.

The proggers have only released one album so far, Phoenix, in 2013.

WHITESNAKE is continuing to tour in support of its twelfth studio album, “The Purple Album“, which was released in May 2015 via Frontiers Music Srl.

The effort is billed as “a re-imagination of classic songs from David Coverdale‘s time as the lead singer for DEEP PURPLE‘s Mark III and Mark IV studio albums.”

Coverdale was DEEP PURPLE‘s frontman from late 1973 to early 1976 and sang on the albums “Burn“, “Stormbringer” and “Come Taste The Band“.
