Former SEPULTURA members Max Cavalera (guitar, vocals) and Igor Cavalera (drums) will embark on another North American tour in February to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the band’s classic album “Roots” by performing the LP in its entirety.
Several new cities will witness the performance by Max, Igor, Marc Rizzo (guitar; SOULFLY, CAVALERA CONSPIRACY, ILL NIÑO) and Tony Campos (bass; SOULFLY, STATIC-X, MINISTRY, FEAR FACTORY).
Kicking off in Las Vegas, the tour will feature support from IMMOLATION and FULL OF HELL.
Tickets for the second leg of the “Return To Roots” tour are available beginning today, so visit your local venues online or at the box office for ticketing information.
In addition, very special meet-and-greet passes can be purchased at the merch booth each night. Fans will be given the opportunity to take a photo with Max and Igor, and they will each sign a “Roots” CD, cassette or vinyl.

Just prior to tour kick off, Rhino Records will release a six-CD box set ($39.98) of classic SEPULTURA records, titled “The Roadrunner Albums“.
The collection will also be released on vinyl as a six-LP set with each album pressed in a different color ($99.98).
The collection combines SEPULTURA‘s debut EP, “Bestial Devastation“, with the group’s first six studio albums: “Morbid Visions” (1986), “Schizophrenia” (1987), “Beneath The Remains” (1989), “Arise” (1991), “Chaos A.D.” (1993), and “Roots” (1996).
The set hits stores on January 27, and pre-orders will be available soon.
Max and Igor first played all of “Roots” at this year’s edition of the Amnesia Rockfest on June 24.
