GUNS N’ ROSES – ROCK IN RIO Pro-Shot Performance Available
Sunday, October 2: GUNS N’ ROSES headlined the closing night of the Rock In Rio festival in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil. The band hit the stage at about 2:45 a.m. local time in the pouring rain and kicked off the show with “Chinese Democracy”.
Axl Rose addressed the crowd:
“Good evening… good morning! Please bear with us and give us a little second here to figure out what to do about not falling on our asses. I’m gonna try to focus on singing rather than running around like an idiot. I’m better at being an idiot. We want everybody to be careful.”

CHTHONIC – Professional Live Footage of Korean Gig Available

CHTHONIC‘s new album entitled “Takasago Army”, is due on September 6 in North America via Spinefarm Records. The album was produced by Rickard Bengtsson (ARCH ENEMY, NEMESIS) at Sweet Spot Studios in Halmstad, Sweden.
HEAVENWOOD – New Live Date Announced For Portugal
After the very successful and completely sold out show of Hard Club, Oporto, in last July, HEAVENWOOD will be now visiting the south lands of Portugal for a memorable show at SIDE B LOUNGE LIVE CLUB, in city of Benavente on September 3rd, 2011. DECAPITATED – A North American Headlining Tour
DECAPITATED will return to North America for a headlining tour in support of their new album,“Carnival Is Forever”. Supporting the run are DECREPIT BIRTH, FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE, RINGS OF SATURN and THE HAARP MACHINE.

Portuguese bashers HEAVENWOOD will play a free show on July 9th July in their hometown of Oporto at HARD CLUB, the best national rock/metal live club, promoting their latest effort, ABYSS MASTERPIECE, released last March in Europe through LISTENABLE RECORDS (in May in North America through eOne Distribution). CHAOS IN PARADISE and GODOG will support HEAVENWOOD on this very special evening. The show begins at 9:30 PM.
HEAVENWOOD have been hard at work writing on a new album and now the band has revealed the name of a brand new song entitled, ‘MY NAME IS DISASTER’, which is the first pre-produced song at Bruno Silva’s 213 Studio in Oporto. According to Ernesto Guerra, the band’s singer, “the new stuff will sound heavy and dynamic and will be deeply emotional in a typical HEAVENWOOD way.” More details to be revealed soon.
