RUSH Unleash New Single, ” Headlong Flight “!
RUSH debuted their new single entitled “Headlong Flight” earlier today in a video via their record label, Roadrunner Records.
The track will appear on their forthcoming album Clockwork Angels, which is set for release June 11th in the UK and June 12th in the US.

CATAMENIA’s first compilation album “The Rewritten Chapters” will be released on April 27, 2012!
CATAMENIA faced some serious line-up changes in 2011, but Riku was still determined to keep the band on going and gathered a new army around including ex-bassist Mikko Hepo-oja as well as guitarist Sauli Jauhiainen and drummer Toni Qvick. Later on, Juha-Matti Perttunen from All Against was announced as new vocalist.
After a successful festival and club shows through Europe with the new crew, the band decided to record their first compilation album ever, not only satisfying on remastering the originals, but completely re-recording the songs in the Mastervox Studios with Kari Vähäkuopus.
“The Rewritten Chapters” features 15 tracks, including a cover version of Bon Jovi’s “Born To Be My Baby”!

German thrash titans KREATOR have released the single “Phantom Antichrist” coming off the forthcoming album of the same title.
The single also includes the non-album cover version of the IRON MAIDEN classic “The Number Of The Beast”. The 7” vinyl version of the single is already completely sold out – so grab your digital copy at iTunes, Amazon and various other download shops.
The entire album, “Phantom Antichrist”, will be released June 1, 2012 on CD, vinyl and digital download.

FEAR FACTORY Completes “The Industrialist” Recordings
FEAR FACTORY have finished recording their brand new album entitled “The Industrialist”. The new CD is to be released this year in Europe via AFM Records and in the U.S. through Candlelight. Co-production was once again handled by the band and Rhys Fulber (FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY, PARADISE LOST), with additional tracking by Logan Mader (DEVILDRIVER, CAVALERA CONSPIRACY, SOULFLY). Mixing works are now being handled by Greg Reely (PARADISE LOST, FRONT LINE ASSEMBLY, SKINNY PUPPY) and Dino Cazares at a studio in Canada. Soon more news.

Symphonic metallers XANDRIA are offering “Valentine”, a brand new song for free download at the bands official Facebook. The track comes off the band’s new album entitled “Neverworld’s End”, to be released via Napalm Records on the following dates: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Italy: February 24 | Spain, Finland, Sweden: February 22 | Rest of Europe: February 27 | USA, Canada: March 6. “Valentine” video will be launched on February 14.

Dutch female-fronted thrashers IZEGRIM launched a brand new video clip for the song “Victim Of Honor”. The clip, which features the “Dutch playmate Tanja and alcoholic scumbag Maarten“, was produced and edited by Arno Zuidgeest. The song comes off the bands latest album, “Code Of Consequences”, which was released in February 2011 via Listenable Records.
